CCMA Welcomes New Collective Impact VISTA

February 14, 2022

Campus Compact Mid-Atlantic is pleased to welcome a new VISTA member to the CCMA team! Nathan Reddy will be working with the Collective Impact initiative. He will be the “Assessments and Data VISTA for Collective Impact,” working on Collective Impact research as well as looking to collect data on the different effective practices of Collective Impact within CCMA and the VISTA program.

Nathan Reddy grew up in northern Virginia and graduated from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies, with minors in Asian American Studies and Public Service Studies. While at Cornell, he worked as a student educator for the 4H Urban Outreach Program, a role in which he facilitated a teenager-led mural project. The mural represents the story of a Burmese ethnic group that found refuge in Ithaca. Since graduating, he has served as a Literacy Lab tutor at The Walker-Jones Education Campus and a contributor to Community Works Journal.
